Questions parents ask

Do I need to buy any other curriculum?

No. Homeschool Universe includes a complete K-12 curriculum aligned to Florida standards, along with the planner, records and enrichments.

Is it only for Florida families?

The curriculum, portfolio, transcript and Step Up tools are built around Florida's requirements. Families in other states can still use the lessons, planner, enrichments and library.

Does it work without the internet?

Yes. The core curriculum and records work completely offline. Some enrichments, like the live planetarium and field trip search, use the internet.

Can my kids use it on their own?

Parents and students each have their own secure sign-in. Parents choose when, and for how long, enrichments are available, and can see every student's Lab from their own account.

What do I need for the screen-free track?

A printer and a document scanner. Scanners with a sheet feeder make it quick to load a whole day's work at once.
